Welcome to Native Breath
Home of Yoga with Holly
Hi there, I’m Holly.
So nice to meet you! Here’s a bit about me…
While navigating cancer, divorce, job loss, and a faith transition; I discovered yoga. Yoga was the light in my dark night of the soul. Fueled by my passion and curiosity, I pursued deeper knowledge.
I study Yogic Lineages, Pranayama, Anatomy/Asana, Meditation, and Deep Relaxation. Through these ancient, evidence-informed practices, I help clients to discover their own native breath and inner sanctuary.
I am an RYT 500 teacher, and certified in a variety of meditation & Nidra techniques. I am also a yoga therapist in training.
I teach workshops, classes, and lead practices for recovering addicts at both inpatient and outpatient facilities.
Learning to slow down, pay attention, and enjoy the magic moments of life have allowed me to find new purpose, meaning and connection. I am a blogger, mom of 3 beautiful girls, & lover of the outdoors. Nature is my master teacher.
