During the darkest moments of my life, I found solace and profound insight in yoga. My practice became a guiding light and gave me the strength to rediscover myself and build a new life.
A slower life… A more balanced life… A life rooted in intentionality.
Yoga sparked a soul shift, leading me to study yoga therapy as a healing modality. Now, I help my clients and students discover a more mindful way to live.
One breath at a time, we discover the beauty of the present moment.

Among the most meaningful and inspiring parts of my week are the yoga sessions guided by Holly. She embodies yoga through her gentle, strong, and grounded presence. I appreciate Holly’s intuitive approach which flows from one asana to another naturally. Through her guidance, we dive deep into our practice and return home feeling refreshed and renewed.

Holly is an extraordinary yoga instructor. Her gentle and kind personal demeanor shine through her teaching style. Holly conveys an anatomical knowledge of Yoga’s poses along with Yoga’s philosophical roots and spiritual intent. Her soft-spoken guidance elicits relaxation, calm, and mindfulness. A yoga class with Holly leaves you in a state of peace with a glimpse of bliss.

Recovery Client
I experienced Holly’s yoga therapy when I first began my recovery journey. Her compassion and understanding allowed me to open myself up. She taught me to breathe, be still, and embrace my new found strength in sobriety. When I am with Holly, I don’t want her sessions to end. She has a gift that has calmed my body and soul. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Yoga Student and Therapy Client
If I could describe Holly’s yoga classes in one word, it would be “healing.” I have chronic pain in my lower back and neck, and I always left Holly’s class feeling better… mentally and physically. She would lead us through movements that felt intuitive. Every class was different, but somehow managed to be exactly what my body and mind needed that day. I recommended her to my step-dad, who has a neuro-degenerative disease. He finds so much value in the private sessions. She listens, evaluates and tailors sessions and home plans for him to be successful in yoga therapy and mindful meditation. Holly truly has a special gift.

Let me start by saying how much I look forward to my weekly meeting with Holly. I am part of a small group that meets up once a week. We are a of mash-up of young and old, newbies and those with more experience. Holly has the instinctive ability to reach us all at our own level. She integrates awareness and breath work seamlessly. By the end of class I have been physically and emotionally charged, I leave with a full heart and quiet mind. Our time together is about so much more than mastering the positions. She helps me tune into my emotions and gives me tools to use in my everyday life.
I would absolutely recommend Holly both as a conventional yoga instructor and yoga therapist. She has a passion and aptitude for helping people, caring that you identify and reach your goals. Holly exudes warmth, compassion and encouragement. She creates a safe environment in which you can explore your limitations and move forward at your own pace. Holly is able to bring the physical, emotional and pschyocological benefits of yoga together in an all inclusive program that I find very helpful and rewarding
